  I asked for an all ivory and white boquet of roses and Calla Lillies with white/ivory ribbon up the stems with pretty brooches down the front and we paid extra for Calla Lillies and bling throughout the boquet. What I got on my wedding day was a boquet with black and pink ribbon up the stems with some ugly stick pins holding it together. Then the flowers were TULIPS which I HATE!!!!! Absolutely no Calla Lillies throughout my entire boquet and that is my favorite flower. And some PINK orchids which I asked for all WHITE!!!! Then we took the screwed up boquet back two days after the wedding because I didn't have time the day of my wedding to go all the way back to Visalia when my wedding was in Kingsburg and the owner was very rude to us basically threw her hands up in the air and said we did the best we could with what we had, UM WHAT???? I'm sorry your running a business here shouldn't you be a little more apologetic that you F'd up my wedding boquet??? Nope she didn't say sorry once and swore that she couldn't get ANY calla's that day when its real funny how my husband got a calla in his boutineire. She also tried to justify the lack of calla's in my boquet by the fact that she added a pink orchid because my wedding was pink she thought that would be cute, Um no no I don't pay you to "think" lady I paid you to do the boquet as I asked!!!!! Anyways needless to say we will NEVER be doing business with these people again!!!!!!! They are careless and rude. In the future if you can't get the flowers a bride wants then say so at the very beginining!!!!!!
