  I had been a customer of theirs for 6+ years. Went in to buy a bunch of replacement batteries for my sensors, as I replace them myself. I paid cash and wasn't offered a receipt, which I didn't think I would need but.. I received an invoice for all of the batteries after paying cash for them previously. Called the office to straighten things out, was told nobody had come in to purchase batteries for my address. I asked for the owner, got sent to his voicemail. Never received a call back, continued to receive invoices for batteries, with late fees/interest being added now. I canceled service and they refused to reimburse me for prepaid 3 months of service. I was not in contract with them. HORRIBLE company to deal with. Save yourself the aggravation look elsewhere for your security needs.
