  The employees have become the quality of their products complete crap. Their customer service is a joke. My husband and I got what was supposed to be brand new couches from them and in less than a month they were broke down really bad. We sent them off to get fixed but received them back in the same state we needed them fixed for and could never get them to send them back off to actually get them repaired. For over 6 months we fought with them and the bad part is we kept getting lied to. They said they put us down in the book for them to picked up to be repaired but they never showed up or even called to let us know they weren't coming. But we still paid for the couches the whole time. But that was our fault for believing they'd be true to their word. But never again. Don't bother with them they're a waste of your time and money!!!!

  Terrible customer service. My wife rented some furniture because we had family coming on from about of state for Thanksgiving. We paid for the furniture that was supposed to be delivered and set up. After waiting all day we called. They said their driver called in sick so they couldn’t deliver. Would have been nice to get a phone call.

  Never again will I rent from this place. Family flying in from across the country needed the furniture for spare bedroom Went in on Saturday did paperwork,was Promised delivery between 2-6 on following Tuesday... so of course I arranged my schedule to be available..I get a call at 3:30 delivery guy out sick so they can’t deliver until Friday after the holiday....mind you there’s more staff that work there I get a weak apology from the manager .Luckily my brother In law was available with a trailer and was able To go pick up furniture before they closed for the holiday . Another thing I noticed was while I was at the store someone was in another office door open on speaker phone making collection calls ... unprofessional Won’t be back
