  Stopped for an oversized recliner and side table. Salesperson very pleasant and knowledgeable. Had to wait a few days for side table. When it was scheduled to be ready for pickup, I could not raise anyone by calling customer service no matter what option (and I used all of them), and for zero response. Finally e-mailed online customer service (after two wasted hours following store's directions for inquiry w/o ANY response, customer service responded to my e-mail. They, customer service. suggested ALL of the things I did already do to make contact, and was amazed at NO RESPONSE. STORE DIDNT EVEN ANSWER PHONE OR VOICE MESSAGE. LIVE PERSON TO PERSON CONTACT HAS BEEN GREAT. MAKING CONTACT AT ALL BY PHONE AND VOICE MESSAGE SUCKED.
