  After having a horribly negative experience at Living Spaces, my wife and I decided to check out Mor Furniture in Visalia. Upon entering we were greeted warmly by Brian Garcia. We let him know that we weren’t really planning on getting anything today and that we just wanted to see what they had available. He gave us the space to look around and ask questions. When we actually did start finding things we liked, we interrogated Brian on costs, availability, financing, etc. Brian was like the Mor Furniture Google because whatever we asked, he had an answer for. He exemplified the idea of knowledge, professionalism, and customer service. And he was awesome to work with. We did end up buying select pieces of furniture and Brian made the purchasing process hassle free. My wife and I hope that Brian is recognized by management for his efforts, because people like Brian make the furniture shopping experience worth the time and effort.

  Came into Mor Furniture for a bedroom set and i was greeted by Jared Justin. He did an outstanding job helping me find the right bedroom set I loved! Never followed me around the place, but was always there when I had questions. He reassured me about my purchase with his product knowledge! Definitely coming back to furnish the rest of my home! Thank you Jared Justin!
