  Very helpful and efficient. Brought a ring in for repair and they were able to expedite service. That was the day I dropped off my ring. I went to the store to pick up on the designated day, no ring. Next day is my anniversary, which is the reason I wanted the ring fixed. Ring was ready the next day, while I was out of town, Really disappointing. When I arrived to pick up the ring, it looked great. The manager refunded my rush fee in cash. Then calls me 30 minutes later asking me to return to the store so they can swap my cash for a credit card return. Who does that! Great work on the ring, but doubtful I will return.

  Quick recognition when I arrived on a crazy busy afternoon on a holiday weekend. Given a great price on beautiful jewelry. Smiles from everyone working there. Great experience and I will be back. Rachel was a great help picking out the gift.
