  I agree with most of these comments. I wouldn't say I had the worst experience but, it wasn't pleasant either. I went in to purchase a prom dress. The saleswomen were all having a conversation in a corner towards the dressing rooms. There were 3 other customers. It took about 15 minutes before someone walked over to ask if I needed assistance. She directed me to long prom dresses when I asked for short. Then walked back to the other women. That was the only time I received assistance voluntarily. I had to "interrupt" their conversation a few times in order to get help. Although, I did purchase a dress, it was pricey but the only reason is due to the fact that I didn't have the time to search out of town. But, I have not returned since and that was a couple of years ago. It's not a bad place, they have a fair amount of nice merchandise. They just need to improve on focusing on their clients and giving good customer service.
