  He charged me $150 and was 2 1/2 hours late! My party started an hour late because the waterslide wasn't on time. He offered to let me keep the slide and extra hour but then the kids/teenagers couldn't even climb up the slide!! It was miserable. I called with my complaint and he said no refunds and there was nothing he could do. So we had to put a ladder so we could climb up the slide. He gave us a $10 refund which was ridiculous. I will never rent from him again.

  Super pissed off at this company. I called to get a quote and booked a reservation for my son's birthday today. They showed up late and the brought the wrong bounce house! I asked the guy why he didn't bring the one I ordered and he said it was in Chicago. What the hell kind of excuse is that? Instead of what I ordered he brought me a pink and purple bounce house for my son's birthday. But I paid anyway because It was too late to get a different one. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Dilivery driver was late and gave me a higher price then what was said on the phone and said he would discount the price of what i paied and never gave me my minye back
